The Evocati Circle exists for people who believe interpretation, not prediction is becoming the defining capability of modern organisations.

Predictable Volatility is more than a book. It's the beginning of a body of work exploring how organisations make decisions in an age increasingly shaped by AI.

The Circle brings together people who want to challenge assumptions, test ideas, contribute evidence, and improve judgement, together.

Why"Evocati"?

The name borrows from an old idea: that judgement worth having is judgement that chooses to show up again, not judgement that's obligated to.

The Evocati Circle is for people who've already carried the weight of consequential decisions, and choose to bring that judgement back into the room, for others.
